About Me
- a name no longer mentioned
- Standing by, All the way. Here to help you through your day. Holding you up, When you are weak, Helping you find what it is you seek. Catching your tears, When you cry. Pulling you through when the tide is high. Absorbing your voice When you talk. Standing by when you learn to walk. Just being there, Through thick and thin, All just to say, you are my friend.

Please do not ever go to this website....
there are two pictures there which are almost identical.
if you can spot the difference in 15 seconds, you are a genius.
if you do it within 30 seconds, your iq would be around 150
while if you can do it within 45 seconds, then you would still be smarter than the average A grader.
But do you really want to know your stupidity?

Another reminder of Taiwan
Another post, more pictures to follow. Why do I bother. I think this would be a good way to store my photos if somehow my computer dies on me. Why is the match between Ivory Coast and Argentina not starting yet? I would love to see Didier Drogba score. Slowly he has won me over with his magnificent and selfless displays for Chelsea. Well back to Taiwan. How I wish I am back there. No judo, no orientation, no studies and no world cup. Just plain simple and beautiful taiwan. The first full day at Taiwan was spent at the coast. Peace park is aactually a natural reserve of the coastline of taiwan. We sat on the rocks, the waves nearly touching our feet and well, Raymond and Ga did go far our enough for their pants to be soaked by the fiery waves.
I am at Taipei 101, the tallest building in the whole of ASia. 91 storeys. The first few floors are merely shops, branded goods. There is an observatory at the top while visitors may view the whole night scenery of the lit up cosmopolitean Taipei. Reminds me of a transitor chip except all parts are fully illuminous.
Ever thought what would happen is BROKEBACK MOUNTAIN meets TITANIC? Well, that did not happen. We are on our way to meet the whale. A real live whale that squirts water from its breathing hole. The life vest? Just in case someone falls over... or I throw them over.
Me displaying my new Germany World Cup jacket. betcha many will kill to have it. ok.. maybe not kill, but pay to have it. Everyone who saw the jacket loves it. It helps if the sales assistant is really cute too. But now I am wearing it, its rating has shot up to the sky !
The place is cordoned off. The last president Chiang's personal vehicle. I sneaked in, tripped off the alarm just for this photo. No harm anyway.
At our resort in Bei Tou. In the mountains. If you are not careful, you might walk into the clouds and drench yourself. The air may be thinner but it certainly is fresher. Fit for the deities.

Taiwan

This picture was taken the day after we had landed in Taipei. We took a bus to taipei county and visited their famous He Ping Gong Yuan aka Peace PArk at Miao Kou(temple Mouth)

This is at a temple at SUn moon Lake. In the middle of the island sized lake lie two land masses. One is shaped like a moon while the other resembles the sun.
There are just so many temples around. This temple is that of Tang San Zan, the monk who travelled to India to obtain the first scriptures of buddhism in China

At hualien, after we finished a yacht trip to catch a glimpse of the Gigantic Blue Whale. It was full of rain again on that day. And mr willy whale evaded our exploration.
Meanwhile waiting for my photos to be uploaded and for the next world cup match to start, I shall type something down. The taiwan trip was a hugely successful and a most interesting journey I had made. Thought I was going russia? Well, I couldn't get the visa done on time but taiwan has always been my first choice. It was plenty of rain there. Even during our trekking into Alishan and Peace Park, drizzles and splatterings just kept coming at us. The planning was superb, with our accomodation and train schedules researched till the smallest details, we wasted no minute once we landed at Chiang Kai Shek Airport....
